About this item
- Quick Remove Bubbles: With just one button, you can start the process of quickly removing bubbles from resin and silicone. It takes only 3-9 minutes to suck the bubbles to the surface, and then the switch turns off automatically to release the pressure. You can easily take out the resin from the vacuum chamber. Finally, you can use a heat gun to get rid of any remaining tiny bubbles on the top
- Multi-purpose - This vacuum design is exclusively anti-overflow and suitable for vacuum degassing of various materials such as epoxy resin, UV resin, silicone, plaster, and others
- Large Capacity - The capacity of 2000ml/4.4lb is large enough to fulfill the requirements of most resin artists and enthusiasts. The tank body is transparent, and the vacuum defoaming process can be observed in real-time
- Low Noise - Our resin bubble remover has a built-in vacuum pump, which produces a sound of less than 50dB while working. This means you can bid farewell to the fumes and noise of traditional split vacuum pots
- Compact and Lightweight - 20x20x15cm/7.9x7.9x2.9 inches, small footprint, just put it in the corner of the table, you can use it every day, easy to store and use.
- Reading Before Purchasing: ① This product is suitable for low viscosity deep pour epoxy resin; ② If you are using a 1:1 fast-cure epoxy resin, you can heat the A resin with 160-180℉ water or other heating tools. Heat the A resin to about 100℉ and then mix it thoroughly for better results. Insufficient temperature of the A resin or incomplete mixing of A resin and B hardener can affect the vacuum degassing effect, leading to air bubbles residue or the production of a large number of micro-bubbles
- If you are using 1:1 epoxy resin, you can vacuum degas the resin directly after completely mixing it. After 5-7 minutes, if there are still bubbles in the resin, you can release the pressure and let it run again until all the bubbles reach the surface of the resin
- Tips: If you need to add pigment, glitter, and powder to the resin, please test in small batches, as they may lead to the generation of air bubbles and overflow
